How long will it take to process my order?

We are pleased to inform you that all of the lenghas featured on our website are available for dispatch. Orders are dispatched between 1-2 days

Can I cancel my order once it's been placed?

We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your order. However, we kindly request that cancellation requests be made within 2 hours of placing your order. This allows us to promptly process your request and avoid any inconvenience.

How can I track my order?

How long does UK shipping take?

Standard delivery orders take 2-5 working days and Next day delivery takes 1-2 days delivery, rates for both are available at checkout.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We are thrilled to offer worldwide shipping with delivery times of just 2-5 working days from the date of dispatch!

Am I responsible to pay tax & duties

Please note that all tax and duty charges are the responsibility of the customer to pay.
