Please note, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

We perform a three-stage quality test on every order before dispatch. If upon receipt the order does not match the condition in which it was sent, please reach out to us promptly via email and provide images of the identified issues. We kindly ask that all orders be thoroughly inspected within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for damages reported beyond this timeframe.
UK & Europe Delivery

All orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days. Standard delivery orders typically arrive within 2-5 working days, while Next Day Delivery takes 1-2 days. Delivery rates for both options are available at checkout.

US/Canada/Rest of The World Delivery
​
Orders within the US, Canada, and the rest of the world are expected to be delivered within 3-5 working days after the order production is completed. Delivery includes a signature requirement upon arrival and tracking details.
In some instances, international deliveries may be transferred to third-party handlers. Tracking details and information regarding this transfer is provided in the confirmation of dispatch email. If the delivery is missed, customers should contact the third-party handler to arrange re-delivery.

If a delivery is refused, we reserve the right to charge the customer in full for the cost of delivery and the items included in the order.
Customers are responsible for customs and duties on their orders. If an item is returned to us and we receive an invoice, we will deduct the amount from the customer's refund or credit note.
We will notify the customer of this and recommend that they follow refund processes to avoid this deduction. If assistance is needed to arrange for collection, customers can request it.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
International Tax and Duties
Please be advised that Tasnim's cannot be held accountable for delays caused by customs clearance, as this is beyond our control. Any potential taxes and duties applied by customs authorities upon delivery into your country are not included in the order. The responsibility for Import Duties and Taxes falls upon the customer.

If you fail to comply with customs regulations, resulting in the parcel being returned to Tasnim's, you will be responsible for any additional fees charged for the return and re-delivery of the parcel.
